How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your image

Drag your image into the field or pick a file. It stays entirely on your device — nothing is sent to a server.

  2. 2

    Choose a format

Pick the social media format you need. The preview immediately shows how your image will be cropped.

  3. 3

    Download

One click and you get the image at exactly the pixel dimensions social media expects — ready to upload.

Popular use cases

  • Content creators

    No cropping by the app

Upload images at the right dimensions instead of letting social media decide which part of your subject gets cut.

  • Cross-posting

    One shot, every format

Turn a single photo into square, portrait and landscape versions — no image editor required.

  • E-commerce

    Consistent product shots

Bring all product photos to the same dimensions so your feed looks tidy and professional.

  • Agencies

    Prepare assets fast

Adapt client material in seconds without opening Photoshop or taking up a licence seat.

  • Photography

    Keep your resolution

Export at the full recommended resolution so your images are not displayed unnecessarily soft.

  • Profile optimisation

    Profile pictures without distortion

Get your profile picture into the right aspect ratio up front instead of wrestling with it on upload.

Every platform expects different dimensions: 1080 × 1080 for a square Instagram post, 1080 × 1920 for stories and reels, 1280 × 720 for a YouTube thumbnail. Upload the wrong ratio and the app crops for you — rarely hitting the part you cared about.

This tool brings your image to exactly the dimensions you need. It centre-crops so the target format is filled completely and exports at the full recommended resolution.

Your image is never uploaded: all processing happens in your browser. It does not leave your device at any point.

Frequently asked questions

Is my image uploaded to a server?

No. Cropping happens entirely in your browser. Your image never leaves your device and is not stored anywhere.

How is the image cropped?

Centred and filling the frame: the image is scaled so it covers the target format completely, and the overflow is trimmed evenly from the edges.

Does quality suffer?

Barely when scaling down. If your original is smaller than the target, it gets upscaled and inevitably softer — so start from the largest original you have.

Is transparency preserved?

Yes. PNG files are exported as PNG and keep their transparency. Other formats are exported as JPG.
