Right of withdrawal and withdrawal form for consumers in the case of a service contract

A "consumer" within the meaning of this withdrawal policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.streampost.de/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract only after you gave your express consent to do so and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once we begin to perform the contract. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
